My daily wake up call to any morning consists of splashing my face with cold, freezing cold water. It works for me, I love that tingly feeling that I get from the water. However, I have yet to find a wake up call to life that works. If mornings, something so small compared to life require cold water being splashed, I wonder if a wake up call to life would consist of being drowned in the middle of the atlantic ocean? salt water, freezing cold in it's winter.
